提名缅甸总统吴登盛候选诺贝尔和平奖的人们，八成是想讽刺诺贝尔和平奖！因过去的2012年对缅甸人民来说，实在不是个和平年。而是个内战再次爆发、人民惨遭战火涂炭的一年。吴总统作为缅甸第一强人，非但没能在2012年以和平谈判的方式制止内战，更因雇佣童兵遭到国际社会的谴责。

我们固然不能否认吴总统上台以后的民主举措---取消新闻管制、吸收反对派昂山素季进入国会等等。但一个口上喊着要民主的总统，竟然在占有武器装备绝对优势的情况下，还雇佣一些未成年的小孩子冲锋陷阵，是否与民主之意背道而驰？是否也太没有人性了呢？仅凭吴总统悍然下令政府军空袭克钦地区、造成大量本国的平民伤亡，就该判他终生不得参与候选诺贝尔和平奖吧！

提名如此一个缺乏人性又不择手段的人候选诺贝尔和平奖。这不是百分之百在污辱诺贝尔和平奖吗？可以相信，如果顾晓军先生做缅甸总统，他一定不会雇佣童兵送死，更不会对老百姓动用飞机大炮。以“公正第一”为核心的顾晓军思想，一定可以通过与克钦族的政治对话寻找到一条和平解决争端的路径。为什么克钦族在吴登盛总统上台仅仅两个月就撕毁了已维系长达十七年的停火协议？这难道不是因为吴总统大权一旦在握，就缺乏了公正的缘故吗？

诚然，在一个独裁、特色、伪民主横行的世界，顾晓军先生的“公正第一”未必是万能的。因为迄今为止，地球上尚未诞生一部以“公正第一”为宗旨的人类行为宪章。但具体到缅甸来说，若吴登盛总统在作势要推行民主的同时，对人民、对各民族都能公正对待，克钦军有什么理由要擅自撕毁已经遵守了十七年的停战协议呢？当年，缅甸肯认中国为宗主国，不就是因为中国皇帝对待缅甸还算公正，就不由得心向往之、自愿向中国皇帝称臣纳贡吗？两国之间尚能和平相处。号称要民主了的吴登盛总统，怎么反倒无法让本国的少数民族臣服了呢？

通过缅甸推行民主引发的内战，可以看出西式民主的天然残缺----缺失了“公正第一”。正如顾先生在《公正第一》中所阐述：“自由，实际上倡导的是一种精神。“生而自由”，讲的是个体；而人类，已经形成了社会，就不能过分片面地强调个体。因为你有你的自由，别人也有别人的自由；当两者的自由发生矛盾、甚至是冲突时， 又怎么办呢？就只有讲公正。　　　若讲不妥，咋办？古人，就决斗、开战，胜者可以奴役败者（这就是奴隶社会的由来）。”克钦军与缅甸政府之间，不就是两伙渴望自由的人们在没有公正做前提下发生的矛盾吗？

真是个悲剧啊！就在吴登盛总统将反对派领袖昂山素季----一个前诺贝尔和平奖获得者吸纳进国会之后，一向守约的克钦军竟然撕毁了停战协议。一个对本国人民造成了巨大灾难的人，竟然被提名候选本应该“过去一年对人类做出巨大贡献”的诺贝尔和平奖。如此异想天开，究竟是在讽刺吴登盛总统，还是想嘲弄伟大的诺贝尔和平奖呢？

恳请吴总统慧眼识珠---赶紧学习、引进顾晓军先生的“公正第一”的普世价值观吧！若缅甸的民主能以公正为前置，相信不但可以彻底解决与克钦军的矛盾。吴总统本人也会籍首个倡导“公正、自由、民主”的领导，而迟早成为诺贝尔和平奖的获得者的。

再次请昂山素季女士向诺贝尔和平奖委员会呼吁、向全世界呼吁：把2013年的诺贝尔和平奖授予顾晓军先生吧！为了避免更多的人们因缺失了公正的自由而决斗、开战，“公正第一”已经是势在必行了！

顾晓军先生认为石三生我很可能是个善于网状思考的聪明人，这我可不敢肯定。但我的确常常看到许许多多的人们都比我傻，或者说他们在对很多事物见解上的智商几乎是零。而这傻子之中，就有鼎鼎大名的中央电视台，尤其是那个看起来一本正经的敬一丹。

如果说自己从去年10月份以来，只专注于一件事----向西方、向美国外交政策、时代周刊，向诺贝尔和平奖推荐中国著名作家、大思想家顾晓军先生。那么，自与潍坊市国土局、市政府的行政诉讼被山东高院终审判决之后。在坚持推荐的同时，不得不一边向法院继续起诉、请求国家赔偿；一边为了生活，将自己10年前的伟大发明---无铝、快速、标准化、傻瓜化的油条制作技术重新折腾出来（石三生我意识到铝危害问题，比国家早了若干年），希望赚取一点生活的费用了。

正是为了生活，自己在用百度搜索时，就看到了“[焦点访谈]“油条哥”和他的“良心油条”(20120611)_新闻台_中国...”。好奇地点开、就看到了敬一丹夸夸而谈的保定油条哥。从心底来说，自己对油条哥的行为是非常赞同的。卖高价、不用复炸油，的确算是个聪明的善举。但油条哥不该面对国媒央视的时候撒谎，而包括保定市质监局在内的政府与媒体更不该为了炒作而丧失了起码的智商。人家司马南脑袋被夹了、都没见像这些人这么脑残过！

那么，油条哥有哪点不诚实了呢？为什么石三生断定CCTV智商是零了呢？关键就一句话：油条哥为了不复炸，每天要倒掉剩下的三斤油。

众所周知，炸制油条的过程，是个逐渐消耗油的过程：一部分油因高温变成烟跑掉；一部分则渗透进油条里去。炸锅里的油会越来越少，当少到一定量之后，不续油、就无法再炸下去。当然，也可以一次性加的足够多。而一般国产的电炸锅（油条哥用的就是国产货），十斤油也就刚能盖过电热管。换句话说，你连电热管都漫不过，还炸什么油条？干烧电热管？更别说最后剩到四斤、五斤的时候了。油条哥真能炸到只剩下三斤油？从电热管底下掏着炸？

真是搞不懂，那敬一丹整天就知道躲在央视大楼里瞎掰也就罢了，很多城里人不知道花生是地里长出来的也很正常不是？可那河北保定质监局的大老爷们的脑子是哪里短路、怎么也对油条哥的说辞坚信不疑呢？这么点常识都没有，还怎么搞食品监管？

可怜的中国人哪，你们觉得央视连这么点常识都没有。你们还相信敬一丹们嘴中能吐出什么事关食品安全与健康的莲花来吗？狗嘴里真的能吐出象牙？

保定油条哥真的很有良心。但不该撒谎！他或许只知道油条的问题仅仅是油。而不知还有铝超标的问题；央视焦点访谈的敬一丹很傻、很天真，竟无一点生活常识。想必敬一丹女士在家里一定是衣来伸手、饭来张口、仆从成群，自己从来不需要与柴米油盐打交道的吧？

真是个愚蠢的时代啊！很多人的良心，也多半都与潍坊市政府一样、被狗吃了吧？

在我看到美国前总统比尔·克林顿被提名为诺贝尔和平奖候选人之后，感觉很像一个愚人节的玩笑。克林顿先生在任时，没能赢得诺贝尔和平奖委员会认可的“过去一年对人类做出最大贡献”。现在还能学中共追认烈士---以弥补陈年旧账的遗憾？诺奖若实行追认制，只怕从华盛顿以后的美国总统，统统都有资格获得诺贝尔和平奖了吧？

克林顿先生在任时，没能为人类做出最大贡献，不但主演了与莱温斯基的丑闻。维基百科还认为克林顿在担任阿肯色州州长时，就“涉嫌批准多家监狱在明知犯人感染爱滋病病毒和肝炎的情况下，假造他们的病历档案让他们有偿献血，然后把这些血液输往包括欧洲在内的世界各地，从而直接导致数千人感染爱滋病病毒和肝炎。”

在克林顿先生卸任美国总统之后，最能体现其与和平有关的行动，可能要算是他2009年以私人身份为援救两名女记者前往朝鲜与金正日会晤了。尽管各方对会晤内容三缄其口。但用脚跟想想---也知道克林顿先生肯定与金独裁达成了一些见不得人的协议。就如同他的夫人---前美国国务卿希拉里为接“三假货”陈光诚去美国与中共达成的见不得人的秘密协议一样：无非就是出卖一点美国人民的利益，以换取两记者的和平释放。

可问题是，如果那两个女记者不是间谍，干嘛要非法入境呢？如果真是清白的，为何不通过正式的外交渠道解决问题，偏要以什么私人身份达成秘密协议呢？克林顿在任时，都无法奈何得金正日，已经成为普通美国公民的克林顿先生，除了替奥巴马总统出卖国家利益，还能有什么法术让金正日回心转意、答应放了那两个美国人？

而与克林顿先生任职美国总统时的不检点，以及卸任后不惜出卖国家利益、以换取金正日特赦两名美国女记者不同，顾晓军先生不但以累积的3000多篇从“评论中国”到“改变中国”的政治理论文章的能量，在2012年成功诱发中共意识形态与政法委降级，对人类社会做出了最大贡献。其学说---“质疑学派”、“公正第一”、“平民主义民主”等更是突破中共的重重封杀，启蒙越来越多的人们认识到中共既得利益集团的丑恶本质。顾晓军先生看似在做游戏一般的政治理论文章中，将中共既得利益集团的华丽外衣剥了个一丝不挂！顾先生的“以腐败治国”说，更是一语道破了当今中国社会光怪陆离、民怨沸腾的根源。

在过去一年的最大贡献上，克林顿先生无法与顾晓军先生比。其思想、行为的出发点，就更是南辕北辙----顾晓军先生时时刻刻考虑的是大众的利益、老百姓的利益；而克林顿先生不是为了两个女记者出卖大多数美国人民的利益，就是以婚姻保护法规定一男一女妨碍了自由为名，要求撤销该法案。就算是克林顿先生真的能为同性恋者争取到自由，也只能是说他在为少数人谋福祉。同性恋不会成为文明社会的主流，克林顿先生也就更不可能籍此对人类做出最大贡献。

尊敬的诺贝尔和平奖评委们，您们说：我石三生说的对不对呢？论思想、论贡献，我觉得全世界只有顾晓军先生一人堪与诺贝尔和平奖的宗旨匹配！至少，在目前所知的被提名者当中，再没有一个人能与顾晓军先生比肩了。当一个欺骗了联合国、欺骗了《时代周刊》的巴基斯坦维权骗子少女马拉拉都被提名为诺贝尔奖候选人之后。我真的很为您们担心啊！愿上帝保佑----智慧的诺贝尔和平奖评委不会上当受骗。
