在前三封信中，分别尽自己所能、向诸位和平奖的使者们推荐了一下中国著名作家、大思想家顾晓军先生。不知是你们一向傲慢还是其他什么原因，至今未看到哪位和平奖的使者公开回应一下。当然，即使你们已经下手推荐，也不能说。因为诺贝尔和平奖还有个为推荐者保密五十年的规定。

顾晓军思想的博大精深，显然不是我所能悟透的。比如，世人、也包括石三生我，都对统治了中国人神经两千多年的孔子有意见，但境界却不过是因为孔子的迷信思想。是顾晓军先生指出了孔子遗误千年的本质：“孔子、鲁迅、毛泽东、邓小平，都是收敛型思维方式”。

那么，收敛型的思维对人类文明的危害到底有多大？先不说中国，只你们这些享誉世界的诺贝尔和平奖者中，就有至少75位被孔子的收敛型思想蒙蔽，甚至荒唐到警告全世界：“若想在21世纪生存下去，就必须回到2500年前去吸取孔子的智慧”。

记得，伟大的科学家爱因斯坦曾经说过：“知道的越多你就会越无知”。爱说，似乎可以作为你们这75位诺奖得主荒唐的最好借口。真是生在福中不知福啊！你们这些追求个人价值、思维散发型的西方人，哪里会知道中国人民深受孔教毒害的苦呢？尽管“四书五经”并非全孔子所著，可在四书五经的教育下，中国两千多年来竟然未出现一个推动社会文明进步的伟大的自然科学家。不就是最好的证明吗。如果不是受收敛型思维的毒害，只怕连诺贝尔奖都不会诞生的吧？谁都知道是中国人先发明了火药。奈何我们从那以后，就只是一门心思地琢磨用火药来吓唬老祖宗们的鬼魂去了。从火药到炸药，其间甚至连层窗户纸都未隔。可中国人仍是将这一举世罕见的大功劳，拱手让给了诺贝尔先生。

你们瞧，孔子于人类的文明进步是如此有害、有毒，你们这些和平奖的使者们还一本正经地要复辟，不够荒唐吗？如此荒唐的见识，竟然堂而皇之地进入了中国教育的神经中枢----高中语文课本。诺贝尔先生果真地下有知，怕是也要诚惶诚恐地面壁思过三日了。诚然，这也不能怪你们的荒唐。谁叫1988年时，发现了孔子思想危害的顾晓军主义还未问世呢。无知者，莫能怪也。

如今，当历史将最伟大的机遇再次摆在诸位和平奖使者们面前---顾晓军先生若获奖，其“公正是第一价值观”的思想将使中国乃至全人类共同受益匪浅。此时此刻，诸位和平的使者们是否愿意真诚地为自己往日的荒唐忏悔，真诚地希望占据了全世界五分之一人口的中国走向真正的文明与进步呢？如果是这样，就请你们抓住这千载难逢的机遇、向挪威诺贝尔和平奖的评委们推荐顾晓军先生吧！

上次，石三生在山东高院胜诉后，撰文感谢我。其实，我是不敢当的。为什么？你想想，如果没有薄熙来被抓，靠我顾晓军率顾粉团写几十篇文章，能改变诉讼结果吗？

薄熙来的“唱红打黑”，那是典型的说一套、做一套－－唱红，是弘扬所谓的革命道理；而打黑，却是打着中共的旗号、抢劫民间的财富，是不？

若“唱红打黑”蔚然成风，石三生被地方政府合伙诈骗、怎可能会胜诉呢？

薄熙来一抓，风向就转了。如是，石三生就胜诉了。

道理，就这么简单。而如今，十八大都开过了，小习同志已上位了，这石三生不是又要胜诉了吗？

这小习同志上位，与石三生又要胜诉有关系吗？有，我在刚写的《2013春来早》的结尾，已说清楚了，大家自己去看吧。

也就是说，贪腐集团、流氓团伙，是铁板钉钉－－输定了－－十八一开，政法委歇了吧？是不是？这2013早春一役，意识形态又败了一仗，是不？

贪腐集团、流氓团伙，看似很强大，又有钱、可以收买五毛……可是，民心不在他们那边（没有一个老百姓，愿意被－－强拆、自焚、截访、黑监狱、被精神病……也没有任何民间资本，愿意被－－黑打、略夺、诈骗……是不是？），且军心也不在他们那边。

除了钱，什么也没有，这贪腐集团、流氓团伙，他们不输谁输呢？卡扎菲，不也这样的吗？是不？

回过头来，凭良心讲，那山东高院，是绝对聪明！我一点，他们就明白了。

聪明人都不会与自己过不去。石三生不又要胜诉了？

2013春来早

宪政其实就是按照宪法办事。

中共的新一代领导人，能够认识到要按宪法办事，这该是件大好事，是不？总比－－动不动就强拆、逼得人自焚、还不准上访、你上访他就截访、抓到了送黑监狱、再不就让你被精神病……这些，都强。是不这样？

可，也不知谁不痛快，于是，“宪法梦”就变成了“追梦”、“我们比任何时候都更接近梦想”；如是，此梦已非彼梦。

然而，春天总是要来的，谁也挡不住她的脚步是不？

记得，2011年是个倒春寒。二月十几日，出了个“秘密树洞”，而后是引蛇出洞……我是老运动员了，死活不动－－只写文章，客观分析，不煽。

可人家想抓你呀，总不能你写点《“秘密树洞”惊动了党》等等，就算了？人家搞假“茉莉花”。

开始，我也没察觉，还声援冉云飞等。后来，发现抓得都是伪维权戏里打打杀杀的老演员，这才明白：连“茉莉花”，都踏马是假的。别的不说，前时，冉云飞被境内某网站重点推荐；这，可是我也办不到是事呀！

2011年，真是黑云压城城欲摧！三月份，澳洲羊操控的那一部分党特，到了我单位。可惜，我单位政治部的人，说我有才、挺好，为总部立过赫赫战功。没戏，只好滚。

六月，又派人诱捕。八月，再派人来照相、建档案。

还有，让海外的党的女特务诱我。有的，装成敌对媒体的记者、编辑；有的，装成反对党的网站站长……真是花样繁多。

2012年，就不同了。二月，王立军闯馆。哇，党的特务部门自顾不暇了。嗨，我就趁机火了一把。

实际上，贪赃枉法在潍坊市政府执政过程中，早已经形成了一种非常紧密的利益链---一贪俱贪，完全缺乏自我纠错的措施。

在石三生我的被诈骗案中，只有土地局与房管局沆瀣一气，仍然无法帮助买家诈骗得逞。就算《中华人民共和国土地增值税条例》在潍坊这个独立王国失效。如果契税征收机关能够依法征税，买家与国土局、房管局合谋的诈骗伎俩依然无法进行下去。依法征收契税，就必然涉及到我与买家的原始合同甚至是对房地产重新进行评估。但，事实就是连契税征收机关也对房管局与土地局故意协助买家偷漏税的行为视而不见，将国家利益抛到了脑后。

在契税征收这一最后环节失控，房管局在违法确权的基础上，又对他项权利做了违法备案之后。我的房地产已经瞒天过海、成为了实存名亡的财产。中央颁布的《土地增值税条例》在潍坊市政府成了一堆草纸，契税征收机关又根本不按实际交易额征收。国家利益在这些蛀虫们的手中，巧妙地变公为私、成了用来谋取自身利益的工具。买家就是在这样的一路行贿中，将完全不可能的阴谋化为了现实。

在这起诈骗案中，潍坊市国土局与市政府当然是凭暗箱操作，就能将他人土地占为己有。而到了潍坊市房管局，则需要牵涉到多部门共同合作，才能将违法确权变成事实。尤其是由公安部与商务部联合签署的部门法规----《典当管理办法》，在这起诈骗案中居功甚伟却又似有若无。房管局、契税征收机关、地税局、公安部门与商业主管机关缺一不可。

在所有这些被涉及的部门中，石三生我对公安与商业部门在其中起到的作用完全无法理解：按照典当管理办法，公安与商业部门显然是实施《典当管理办法》的机关。但在房屋产权登记过程中，这两个部门却是完全是隐身的、除了他项权利备案中涉及典当《管理办法》的相关条款。无论是从审批还是征收有关费用，均与这两部门无关。既不参与审批又不参与分赃的两部门，为什么要将手伸向与自己完全无关的行业呢？真是搞不懂时任商务部部长的薄熙来与公安部部长周永康到底是怎么想的？难道仅仅是为了揽权、扩大部门利益吗？

说典当管理办法毫无作用、完全是任由房管局拿捏的烂柿子吧，可到了典当抵押一旦出现纠纷，由这两部门制定的《典当管理办法》，却又成了超越民法之上的“宪法”---法院执行所得必须优先偿付典当抵押。仅从法律上看，谁能分得清是国家大还是部门大呢？

总之，潍坊市政府诈骗案中的房管局，与土地局、公安部门、商业部门一样有法不依、乱法乱理、贪赃枉法，沆瀣一气，成设局害人的部门，而非政府部门。
